My first Matcha Brownie! Served with creamy matcha ice-cream, this little dessert is a must-try for all green tea fans.

Unlike the traditional brownie we know and love, this one doesn’t have any chocolate in it. Still, its soft, moist texture, subtle green tea flavour, just the right amount of sweetness, topped with toasted almond flakes won me over.

The hot and cold combo of the warm green “brownie” + cold ice-cream made this dessert very moorish.

Best dish of the meal!!
