The sweet, sticky, boozy, crumbly tart is strangely moreish. The buttery shortcrust pastry holds a delicious mixture of treacle and cider brandy soaked nutty goodness. The rich and silky clotted cream is the perfect accompaniment which cuts through the strong sugar and alcohol, making this an outstanding plate of dessert.
