Homemade Tuna Pasta Bake (extra cheesy)

My twist to this otherwise simple pasta bake is..

  • Add minced pork
  • Add half a small tin (or sachets) of Campbell’s Cream of Tomato soup 
  • Add a dollop of cream cheese to thicken the sauce and bind the tuna and the minced pork
  • 2 layers of grated cheese of your choice – one on the hot pasta, the other on top of the tuna and mince topping
  • Season generously (My choice: Tabasco, smoked paprika, ham / porcini mushroom stock)
