Homemade Warm Venison and Roasted Vegetable Salad with Balsamic Glaze

My kind of salad – fresh and meaty!

Ingredients:

  • pan fried venison (nice and pink)
  • roasted beetroot, peppers
  • fresh figs
  • cherry tomatoes
  • apples
  • baby leaves

Dressing:

  • Bovril (yes Bovril)
  • port
  • horseradish
  • balsamic vinegar
  • honey
