Homemade Pan Fried Duck Breast w/ Caramelised Carrots

Pan fried five spice duck breast with caramelised carrots on a bed of lightly stir fried egg noodles (with obligatory greens). Simple yet super delicious!

Star ingredients:

  • Chinese rice wine
  • star anise
  • five spice powder
  • sesame oil
