Having spoken briefly with Phil, I could taste the passion even before the food arrives.

Beef Tacos

We ordered:

• The signature dish – Mexican Baja Shrimp Burger (Shrimp patty, roasted pepper, avocado garlic mayo, lettuce, chipotle butter and lime juice, in soft bun) – The patty was perfectly cooked, succulent with a slightly crisp texture.
• The Beef Tacos (Aged minced beef, ecuadorian peanut and lime sauce, sour cream on flour wrap) – The ecuadorian peanut and lime sauce gave the beef a very interesting and unusual flavour.
• The Duck Tacos (Adobo-rubbed skin’n’ all duck, flame melted cheese and slaw on flour wrap)
• Fries with Chimichurri sauce and cheese

I’m definitely looking forward to sampling more latin american street food variety from Mr Tacu Tacu Phil! Hopefully in a location where he can proudly serve all his dishes and perhaps with an extra pair of hands to help out.
